2nd shift Weekend Role - 4 /10 hour days Fri - Mon

SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform somewhat diversified duties to support robot operator including but not limited to, blowing off parts between dips, making slurry batches, keeping the sand beds filled, transferring parts for line to line, setting up R1 and R3 with new parts.
* Assure proper installation and adjustments of molds onto plates and hangers.
* Checking viscosity of slurries and pre-dip, doing sand bed checks.
* Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of slurry tanks, sand beds, floor hangers, and plates.
* Responsible for keeping the robots operational during the breaks and lunch period of the robot operators.
* Perform plating, deplating, and autoclave operations as required.
* Responsible for following operational procedures in making slurry batches using recipe
* detect faulty operations, defective material and report these and any unusual conditions to robot operator.
* Follow prescribed safety regulations. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
* Must know and follow all departmental and company safety rules.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Must comply with all applicable safety requirements, policies and procedures, while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
* Must participate in required training, medical monitoring, safety, and health evaluations and programs.
* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all designated areas of facility.
* *Perform all physical functions of position; standing, stooping, bending, sitting, walking, twisting, kneeling, turning and lifting of materials up to 35 lbs.
* Meet established attendance standards.
* Work overtime as needed.
* Must report any work-related injury or illness immediately to your direct supervisor.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
* High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, twist, turn, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, kneel, stoop, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
