3PL Warehouse Supervisor - 2ND Shift - Daiso : Job Details

Job Summary:The 3PL Warehouse Supervisor will oversee 2nd Shift operations at our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) partner's facility. This role helps the Warehouse Manager ensure the seamless movement of goods, upholding our standards for efficiency, quality, and safety while maintaining strong relationships with our 3PL partner. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in warehouse operations, leadership skills, and a commitment to meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) that align with Daiso's values and customer expectations.Essential Job DutiesOperations Management:

• Direct daily 2nd shift warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipping.
• Ensure 2nd shift 3PL compliance with SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs), including accuracy, timeliness, and cost control.

Team Leadership:

• Collaborate with the 3PL partner's management team to ensure adequate staffing, training, and productivity levels.

Inventory Oversight:

• Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular audits to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.
• Implement and improve processes to track inventory flow and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with Daiso and regulatory requirements.
• Drive a culture of safety awareness, conducting periodic training and risk assessments.

Performance Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze data and reports to track trends and identify opportunities for optimization.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Daiso and the 3PL partner.
• Regularly report performance metrics and updates to senior management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities RequirementsExperience:

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proven experience managing operations in collaboration with 3PL partners.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools.

Required Education, Certifications and Work-Related Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

Annual Pay Range ( DOE)

• $78,000.00 - $89,000.00
