3rd Shift Maintenance Technician - Accentuate Staffing : Job Details

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Zebulon area who is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team. This is a 3rd shift, contract-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

● Maintain and repair various machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.

● Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process issues to determine root causes and collaborate on repair plans with operators, supervisors, or managers.

● Perform mechanical or electrical adjustments to equipment and processes as required.

● Assist with equipment setup and changeover procedures.

● Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks.

● Document maintenance activities, issues, and repairs using physical documents or online systems.

● Ensure cleanliness of the work area to promote a safe and productive environment.

Requirements:

● Candidate must have previous maintenance experience in production environments

● Candidate must have strong knowledge of PLCs and Pneumatics

● Candidate must be proficient reading blueprints, machinery schematics, and part drawings

● Candidate with Lean/Six Sigma experience or training a plus
