3rd shift Packer - Natures Bakery : Job Details

Shifts Available: 3rd Shift Monday-Friday (9:30 PM - 6 AM) with Overtime as needed.Location: Carson City, NevadaPay: Starting at $15.38 +$500 sign-on bonus5% bonus for meeting quarterly goalsOvertime and Other Incentives *2nd and 3rd shift earns a shift premium - $1.50 per hour extra* As a Packer, you are an essential team member responsible for placing our fast-selling fig bars and new products, such as Organic Baked-Ins and Oatmeal Crumble bars, into cartons and boxes. You will be able to stay active as you sort and carry our soft-baked bars.What it's like at Nature's Bakery

• Safety. Safety is a top priority for us. We provide protective gear and training to ensure a safe work environment.
• Surroundings. You'll work around moving machines - mixers, conveyor belts, and forklifts.
• Activity. Some activities may require standing in one place for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, walking around, or climbing stairs.
• Temperature. We are climate controlled. When the weather outside is undesirable, the temperature inside our facility is controlled, so you stay safe and comfortable.
• Dress code. Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
• Career growth. Most of our current Operations managers, supervisors and leads have risen through the ranks and been promoted from within.
