3rd Shift Production Process Operator FULL TIME - Herr Foods : Job Details

Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and snack food processing equipment. Responsible for change over and set up of the mixing, cooking, and processing equipment. Cleaning machine parts after changeovers, discarding trash/waste, and monitoring tank levels as well as cleaning seasoning trays, floors, and ovens in the processing area. Records daily machine and process information such as batch counts, start & stop times, oil meter readings, waste recordings, and pounds of flour. Changes and maintains Urschel slicer heads to maintain quality and consistent slices. Other duties may be assigned.
