NOW HIRING- 3rd SHIFT PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD

Shift: 7pm-7am 2/2/3 schedulePay: $24.00 plus $1.50 shift premiumThis position will assist in overseeing shift personnel and production flow, provide leadership for their work group and must have the highest working knowledge of the policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Tasks

Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habits, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.

Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.

Train, coach, and enforce all company safety policies.

Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.

Perform operator duties as required.

Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Production Manager, or Plant Manager.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED is required.

Maintains strict confidentiality and protects the privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal and external clients.

Intermediate computer and math skills.

Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Work primarily in a non-climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes, and vision protection required.
