Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. This mid-level position offers an opportunity to provide critical care to patients while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver critical nursing care, including monitoring, assessing, and stabilizing patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain detailed patient records, ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
• Educate patients and their families on post-care needs and wellness practices.
• Uphold high standards of professional practice and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Must Haves:

• Current or eligible RN licensure in the state of Idaho.
• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• BLS certification on or before the first day of employment.
• ACLS certification (within three months of hire).
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (within three months of hire).
• At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
• Specialty certification in critical care or emergency services.

Location: Lewiston, Idaho

Salary: $74,090–$124,550 annually, based on experience.

• New graduates with no experience: $35.62/hour.
• Mid-level (10 years of experience): $45.58/hour.
• Maximum pay (28+ years of experience): $59.98/hour.

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 with a 1-year commitment or $15,000 with a 2-year commitment.
• Relocation Package: Fully covered.
• Shift Differentials:
  • Evening shift (3 PM–11:30 PM): 8%.
  • Night shift (11 PM–7:30 AM): 11%.
