He/she also strives to facilitate patients and/or their families with payments and assists them with financial hardship in the most cost effective means possible.QualificationsResponsibilities:Education Required• Must complete in-house orientation program• High school graduation or equivalent required.Experience And Skills• Speaks, reads and writes English• Minimum four years related billing experience. • Ability to interact with the public and ancillary departments. • Knowledge of third party billing regulations and collection procedures.License/CertificationsWorking ConditionsOther information:Working Conditions• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn• Extensive periods of time sitting. • Extensive periods of time using a computer.
