ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Actively approach and engage with fans before and during the game to promote and sell 50/50 raffle tickets
• Educate guests about the Foundation and how their participation directly supports charitable initiatives
• Handle transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate sales and proper distribution while adhering to raffle program guidelines
• Answering fan questions and resolving any concerns regarding the raffle
• Collect and reconcile funds at the end of each game
• Maintain a fun, high-energy presence, enhancing the game-day experience
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 or older
• Ability to interact positively with a large fan base
• Must be detailed and have strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Completion of a satisfactory background check

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work in fast-paced environment
• Most work is conducted outside in all weather conditions including cold, wind, rain, and heat
• Flexibility to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Some travel required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs
