Work as part of a High Performance Leadership Team!Join our Business Leadership Development Program and get hands on experience working with a world renowned brand, while learning critical business leadership skills and business ownership first hand knowledge by working with a local franchise owner. The position will teach you all the roles up to an Area Director (and beyond), where you will have ownership over one aspect of the business. The Area Directors are very hands on in operations but will grow in leadership and ownership of one aspect of the business to have maximum impact in that area. They have the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, development and accountability,, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is highly preferred. College Degree Required for LDP candidates. Flexibility and full time availability required. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this position. Starting pay for LDP candidates is $15+/hr dependent on experience plus 5-10 hrs of OT weekly and Benefits including paid time off accrual, insurance contribution, matching 401K retirement plan, free meals and leadership development investments and coaching.
