ResponsibilitiesNew Graduates (Level 1) are eligible for the med/surg Residency Program. The residency program is designed to assist the novice graduate nurse to successfully transition to a competent professional nurse. Nurse must have less than one year prior experience in acute care and plan for a two year commitment upon program completion. Opportunity to work as part of a team on a medical unit with nurses specializing in care of a diverse spectrum of acute and complex medical patients.
