Master's degree in administration State teaching license Minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience Effective communication skills Effective problem solving skills Ability to work during non-scheduled teaching hours REPORTS TO: Principal TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 11 month contract ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
To provide assistance to the principal during the normal operation of the school. To provide administrative leadership in the absence of the principal. To provide leadership and support to the principal in the following organizational areas. - Discipline of students
- School handbooks
- Supporting the district's CSIP
- Development of the building improvement plan
- Assist Principal with teacher observations, teacher evaluations and curriculum organization
- In-service sessions for faculty
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the principal
