Essential Job Duties and Functions:
Work Location: Incumbent will conduct the majority of work at various City Agencies throughout the City of San Francisco as well as some remote CCSF facilities outside of the City and County of San Francisco.
Nature of Work: Incumbent must be willing to work a 40-hour week as determined by the department. Travel within San Francisco may be required. Telecommuting options are available upon appointing officer's approval.
Job Appointment Type: Temporary Exempt (TEX) - Full Time (2 positions).
How to qualifyEducation: Completion of high school, supplemented by at least two (2) years of electronics training at a junior college or recognized vocational institution or its equivalent.
Experience: One (1) year of industrial electronics work, including fabrication, installation, calibration, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair of electronics systems and equipment.
License and Certification: Possession of a valid California Class C Driver's License.
Desirable Qualifications:
NOTE: Prior to appointment, eligible candidates must successfully pass the medical testing process. Background investigations may be required.
What else should I know?Compensation: $51.9875 -$63.1625 (hourly) /$108,134 -$131,378 (annually).
