Swoon is actively seeking a Reinsurance Property and Casualty Claims Support Specialist to join the team of our client! You'll be an integral part of the team - supporting the Reinsurance Claims department goals of managing, maintaining, and retaining a department of the highest quality claim professionals who provide best in class internal and external client servicing through efficient and effective claims handling and quality customer service.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Reviewing, organizing and categorizing mail/updates on reinsurance claims by content
- Timely processing of assigned Tasks in portfolio while demonstrating ownership and sound decision making
- Identify new claims related to key topics or severity and report to Team Lead
- Communicate with claim handlers and craft processing solutions
- Participating in regular team meetings to keep abreast of claims themes and Headline Losses

- College Graduate or equivalent professional experience
- Strong problem solving and written and verbal communication skills
