The Westchester Knicks are looking for an energetic and outgoing performer to join our game day entertainment team for the 2024-25 NBA G League season. This role is vital in creating an engaging and entertaining atmosphere at home games, interacting with fans, and bringing the energy of the game to life. The performer will work closely with other entertainers and the Event Presentation team to execute on-court promotions, special presentations, and halftime shows. Additionally, the performer will represent the Knicks at various special events and community engagements throughout the season. The Westchester Knicks play 24 home games at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, NY. Background checks will be administered through Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. and the NBA. What will you do?

• Entertain and energize crowds at Westchester Knicks home games, contributing to a lively and exciting game-day atmosphere.

• Engage with fans during on-court promotions and in the stands to enhance the overall fan experience.

• Communicate directly with large groups of fans, ensuring they are informed and entertained throughout the game.

• Collaborate with other entertainers on special presentations, including halftime shows and game-day activities.

• Represent the Knicks at special events, viewing parties, clinics, camps, charity events, and promotional engagements.

• Occasionally perform during halftime shows in coordination with other Knicks Performance Teams.

• Assist with creating a fun and family-friendly environment for all attendees.

• Be prompt and reliable, with a flexible schedule that includes availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

• A live performance background is encouraged, with skills in dancing, break-dancing, or tumbling as a plus.

• Must be a Knicks fan and have a passion for basketball and live entertainment!

Special Requirements

• Available to work nights and weekends, with a start time 3 hours before game time.

• Must be available to work a minimum of 75% of all home games during the season.
