Primary Care NP/PA needed outside of Chicago to join the team . Please see Job ID#70615Details:

Part-time Position/ Full-time also available
Office hours: Mon 7am- 6pm, Tues 7am- 5pm, Wed 8am- 6pm, Thurs 8am- 5pm, Fri 8am- 4pm, and Sat 8am-12pm
Hours will discussed during the interview
Duties will include direct patient care, management, Primary Care with a mix of bariatric medicine, 15% Medicare
Joining a team of 1 MD and 3 Advanced Providers
Please have at least 1 year of experience as an NP in Primary Care or a related setting
Medical Weight loss experience is a plus
Open to new graduates with a passion for weight loss and primary care.
Local candidates will be strongly considered
IL license must be in hand or in process
