Here at Pathways, we embrace an employment environment that promotes growth and discovery, a person-centered approach to treatment/services,and cultural competence.Positional Responsibilities:An employee in this or any position is expected to support the employment environment, including displaying Pathways' values.Implement treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to individuals on the Autism Spectrum on a one-on-one basis.Use positive reinforcement to change socially important behavior in meaningful ways.Diligently and consistently collect specific and appropriate patient progress behavior data.Foster and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, parents/guardians, patients, and community stakeholders.Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor at all times.Work independently and with your supervisor to implement treatment plans.Complete all required training, projects, session notes, and any other assigned task by the established deadline.Meet all clinical and administrative deadlines including data submission, payroll, and other assigned tasks.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:High School DiplomaFlexible availability between the hours of 8:00-6:30pm, Monday through FridayWilling to work In-home sessionsAbility to pass background checksPass a TB testMaintain and show proof of state driver's license or identificationAbility to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbsAbility to interact with clients, including but not limited to; bending, twisting, and moving quicklyPreferred Requirements:Adult, child, and infant First Aid/CPR certified (pre-employment)BA/BS in psychology or related fieldExperience in ABARelevant professional experience with behavioral health issuesRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationSkills and Attitude:Loves to play and interact with children, teens, and young adultsAbility to solve a conflict in a straightforward, timely, and professional wayFlexible and sensitive to different and varied socio-economic environmentsAbility to work in a team as well as independentlyAble to think outside the box#J-18808-Ljbffr
