• Worksite Location: St. Louis Park, MN
• Contract Duration: 3 months - start date ASAP
• Hourly Rate: $23/hr W2

What you'll do as the ACA Implementation Coordinator:

• Respond to customer emails, schedule filing calls, and provide administrative support to Implementation Specialists
• Contact non-responsive customers to ensure timely scheduling of their filing calls with Implementation Specialists
• Handle basic filing support calls, offering assistance and answering client questions
• Lead implementation calls for small business clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and setup
• Address and resolve any issues or errors that arise during the implementation process
• Perform basic reviews of client dashboards and profiles to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Possess a high-level understanding of software applications and integrations, such as APIs, to effectively communicate with clients
• Identify issues and provide solutions, without performing the technical repairs

What you'll bring to the ACA Implementation Coordinator role:

• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing work environments
• Effective communicator with the ability to build rapport and navigate various customer interactions
• Basic experience handling customer inquiries and managing challenging situations with professionalism and patience
• Familiarity with MS Teams, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use these tools efficiently
• Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring high-quality work even under tight deadlines
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and time-sensitive setting
• Preferably located in the Twin Cities area, with the ability to work from the St. Louis Park office once every other week to collaborate with the team
