Description:
High performing high school is searching for a key administrator to supervise the staff, curriculum and vision of multiple academic departments. The individual should be skilled in human relations, group dynamics, and should act as a catalyst for desirable change through cooperative action. It is the supervisor's task to discover ways in which the school's aims and objectives may be achieved by students and teachers. The supervisor is responsible for observing and evaluating the performance and planning of each teacher and should confer with them to help them reach their maximum potential. It is anticipated that the supervisor will lead and oversee Fine Arts (Visual Arts and Music) and Co-curricular Activities, as well as alternative programming.
Requirements:
* NJ Supervisor certificate.
* Demonstrated expertise in the development and implementation of staff training.
* Demonstrated expertise in the implementation of data-driven decision-making, particularly in the measurement of program efficacy.
* Experience in Gifted and Talented programming and/or alternative programs preferred.
