The purpose of this position is to provide office management and executive support services for the Dean and Department for Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and Early College. This is accomplished by providing administrative support services; maintaining files; maintaining contacts and mailing lists; arranging meetings and appointments; assisting with coordination of activities, including faculty onboarding, adjunct in-service, professional development workshops, etc. Provide support to the Early College Team, including the Dean of Academic Outreach; managing ticketing system and faculty onboarding tracking; assisting with activities for Early College. Excellent oral and written communication skills; attention to detail; superior organizational skills; and the ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and mediate difficult situations and people are required. Confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to solve problems and to foster a team-oriented environment with a diverse group of individuals are extremely important.
