Academic Support - Medical Tutor

Terms of Employment: Contract is offered on a semester-by-semester basis

Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour

Classification: Non-exempt; Hourly

Responsibilities:

* Tutoring may include a full range of courses within the Health Science programs (Rad Tech, ADN, PN, Res. Therapy, etc.)

* Maintain world-class customer service to students, staff, and faculty

* Available to multitask with a range of subjects dependent upon student needs

* Maintain and submit names for student record-keeping

* Maintain confidentiality

* Provide a professional image of SC4

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Overall 3.0 or higher GPA

* Associate degree in the medical field for which you are applying (Rad Tech, ADN, PN, Res. Therapy, etc.)

* Ability to write legible, speak, and read proficiently

* All academic classes and degrees must be from a regionally accredited college or university

* Ability to maintain good relationships with students, staff, and community members
