This position performs specialized duties in support of university testing functions. MAJOR DUTIES - Coordinates and supervises university academic testing services including: Accuplacer, ACT, MAT, MCAT, CLEP, TOEFL, assessment in major and various departmental and proficiency exams. Monitors and maintains testing lab computers and other specialized equipment used in the testing lab. Develops and maintains Testing web sites. Performs related duties as assigned. Severs as NSU liaison/account manager to all test providers; maintenance of test materials, official correspondence, troubleshooting technical issues, score integrity. Trains, supervises staff and directs the work operations, develops performance standards, provides guidance, counsels staff and approves personnel actions within the office including hiring and disciplinary actions in accordance with University policies and state regulations.
