The Access Care Representative performs a wide variety of activities related to scheduling, registration, financial compliance and customer support for all services performed at United Health Services. The Access Care areas act as the entry point to United Health Services. It is the responsibility of an Access Care Representative to represent United Health Services Hospitals in a caring, professional manner. Accurate and complete data is collected at access points which directly drives the Billing and Health Information Management System. Access Care is a very intricate part of the registration process in both Emergency Departments at United Health Services.
