Accessory Control Coordinator - Maverick Transportation : Job Details

DescriptionAccessory Control Coordinator We have an immediate opening for an Accessory Control Coordinator position in North Little Rock, AR. If your background or education consists of data processing, administrative tasks or equipment operation please apply.Responsibilities

• Ensure each assets have the required equipment by inventorying to determine usability and replacing non-functional equipment. Maintain order of unassigned equipment on the yard by conducting periodic yard checks and rearranging vehicles as needed.
• Ensure all accessory items are in adequate condition by inspecting, repairing, or submitting to outside vendors for repairs. Ensure accessories are properly stored and have the correct quantities by inspecting drivers' vehicles daily.
• Maintain stock levels by placing and expedite orders to ensure parts are in stock when needed. Verify receipt of parts and supplies. Distribute parts and supplies to appropriate personnel. Monitor and relieve obsolete parts and supplies. Monitor and relieve obsolete parts from inventory. Review inventory turns and adjust stock levels. Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and maintain variance at 1% or less.
• Have meetings with shop every day to discuss trucks and trailers needed for week. Stack and un-stack trailers and perform other duties as assigned.Benefits

  Duties
  • Research and assist manager in creation and upkeep of Driver Referral materials.
  • Perform audits as requested by manager and assist with updates on all Maverick advertising materials; including but not limited to student print materials, landing pages, websites, and ads.
  • Boost Maverick social content to increase engagement and brand awareness on all audience fronts. Ensure company confidentiality.
  WORKING CONDITIONS Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting. Also may have exposure at times to the outside weather elements.
