Redbridge Services has an exciting opportunity in Poughkeepsie, NY, for a caring, empathetic, and people-oriented Account and Customer Success Manager. In this role, your primary responsibility is relationship development through actively listening to customers, asking for their input, and uncovering their needs. This position is with our Rifton division. Rifton Adaptive Equipment is a global leader in manufacturing equipment for people with disabilities. We share Rifton's view that every person has the right to be treated with dignity and respect. What you'll do as an Account and Customer Success Manager:
- Manage all activities for a specific group of customers; assist with new orders, processing returns and exchanges, fielding service questions, and managing payments
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails and place outgoing calls to follow up on customers' questions or to inquire about unmet needs
- Remain focused on delivering the best care and service possible
- Continuously update your knowledge of the unique line of products offered by Rifton
