Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the ADM is to generate sales by nurturing relationships within assigned territories and prospecting qualified accounts. This entails conducting thorough needs assessments, understanding clients' business and marketing goals, and devising tailored marketing strategies to address their challenges. Additionally, the ADM will present these custom marketing plans and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The compensation for the ADM role comprises a base salary and a commission plan. This position requires a sales professional comfortable with meeting quotas by cultivating and expanding relationships within their designated territory, all while providing exceptional customer service.
The ADM is expected to exemplify the company's culture, mission, and values, contributing to revenue growth and executing within budgetary constraints to realize Mediagistic's vision as the premier marketing and advertising agency.
This role will report to the Mediagistic corporate office in Tampa, FL. This is a five day (M-F) in-office/in-person position.
