Position Responsibilities:
- Drives the success oftheSpirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop keyon-premiseand off-premiseaccounts
- Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly,quarterlyand annual business plans and companyinitiatives
- Increase net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geography
- Sellin distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customers
- Work with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicated
- Function as aspiritsexpert increating spirits programs,education and training for assigned marketand interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activities
- Otherduties as assigned
RequiredEducationand Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and3to4plusyears ofrelatedexperience, or High SchoolDiploma/General Education Diplomaand6to7plusyears ofspecificexperience
- Must be 21 years of ageor older
- Valid driver's license, reliabletransportationand current automobile insurance with at least the minimum staterequiredcoverage levels
