We're just 24 months into our journey, and we're growing fast. We're looking for an Account Director who's ready to step up, embrace our mission, and help us shape the future of this innovative industry.

We believe our accounts team should act like consultants to our clients. Not just project managers but strategic thinkers and problem solvers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Brand Partnerships: You'll collaborate directly with some of the biggest names out there, from Amazon to Mercedes-Benz and NordVPN, managing a variety of projects. Whether it's launching a full-scale creator programme or overseeing a specific campaign, you'll be hands-on in shaping these strategies.
• Creator Collaboration: You'll work closely with our team and creators, helping emerging and established influencers grow their audiences and communities. Your input will help creators develop impactful social media strategies that truly resonate.
• Client Management: You'll be the go-to person for our clients, building and nurturing relationships that will last. Ensuring that their needs are met while delivering results is key to success in this role.

Your Responsibilities:|

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Project manage brand and creator initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and maintain competitive knowledge to enhance our client strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Four years + of business experience (preferably in a related field).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• The ability to analyse financial data to guide decision-making.
• Understanding of strategic principles and thinking.
