Account Director, Tier 1Job SummaryThe client will transition to the Account Director when the customer is considered live and ramped. Account Directors are the primary point of contact for customers once their first use case is live and ramped. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and developing strategies to meet those needs. They quarterback the internal team to drive customer value and satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the main point of contact, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met. Travel to clients for strategic partnerships
  • Build and execute strategic plan for each client to increase revenue through existing and new solutions
  • Revenue Retention: Primarily responsible for NRR
  • Upsell + Cross Sell: Secure net new ACV via upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Renewals: Monitor account renewals and work proactively to secure renewals on time, focus on price increases, added AGV, and up-selling additional products/services at time of renewal
  • QBRs: Organizes and hosts onsite QBRs with client executive team to align to customer goals and derive long term partnership plans
  • Onboarding: Primary business contact during the implementation period to drive successful prioritization of projects and identify potential roadblocks. Ensure value from original sale is transferred to new contacts during onboarding.
  • Forecasting & Accuracy: Responsible for forecasting contracted and live revenueQualifications and Experience:
    • 6+ years of Account Management
    • 6+ years in the Financial Services industry
    • Detailed knowledge and experience in the Identity, Fraud and/or Authentication space
    • Maintain and grow client relationships at the executive level
    • Set up and lead client meetings
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership
    • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training
    • Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO technology companiesThe anticipated salary range for this role is $145,000-$155,000 plus variable commission. The offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. #J-18808-Ljbffr
