Our top priority is enabling extraordinary work across all industries with connectivity solutions that are adaptive, agile, and designed with the customer in mind.ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU'LLConduct daily cold outreach to qualified prospects (email, phone, etc)Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsManage the entire sales cycle from initial call to closeBuild and nurture a pipeline of qualified, engaged prospects and forecast accordinglyConduct consultative calls and in-person meetings to understand the needs of potential customersLeverage Salesforce and SalesLoft for reporting and recording sales activities.Use data insights to optimize prospecting strategiesFollow processes and procedures to update and maintain data integrity in CRMMethodically establish and provide regular reports on monthly and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with overarching departmental and organization objectives and initiativesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years experience in a full cycle sales role Proven hunter mentality with exceptional ability to prospect, uncover leads, and close deals in a competitive sales environmentExcellent understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline managementIndependent self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skillsA strong fortitude to create an effective strategy in the face of challengeHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal - with theability to tailor messaging for different audiencesCustomer service-oriented with a demonstrated understanding of B2BFamiliarity with applications such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and SlackExcellent time management skills with strong follow-through and the ability to self-manageExcellent phone-handling skillsAbility to learn and understand new products, technology, and softwarePILOT'S PAY & PERKSSalary (including commission) $180,000 - $200,000 (can exceed) Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision CoverageCompany-sponsored 401(k)Commuter & Wellness ReimbursementCompetitive PTOAt Pilot, we believe differences make us stronger, and that our diversity is something to celebrate.
