Account Executive - Amalgamated Bank : Job Details

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to accurately understand and audit financial statementsAbility to work and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environmentExcellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy and able to respond in a timely mannerPassion to support and work with socially-minded and mission-based organizationsResponsibilities This position is hybrid allowing remote work several days each week and in-office work several days each weekThe exact schedule is based on approval of the New Regional Director and needs of the BankAct as day-to-day relationship manager for assigned client portfolio, primarily focused on client's treasury management needsServe as primary point of contact for assigned clients; liaising with other areas of the bank to resolve client issuesConsult with clients to make appropriate recommendations on product, services and fee structuresEnsure respective Commercial Bankers are well informed of client issues, requests, and opportunities for growthParticipate in sales process as requested by Commercial Bankers offering sales support, product expertise, product demonstrations and pro forma analysesDeepen relationships by taking a consultative approach to client needs both from a product and service perspectiveFor new clients, provide and implement flawless account transition services from the incumbent bank to Amalgamated Bank including account opening, cash management service enrollment, and online banking training and ensuring that all required documentation and information is provided by the clientMaintain accurate client records through a central repository of shared drives or databasesComplete monthly or annual audit reviews as required for select products and servicesReview and decision of daily overdraft and other account reports; escalate issues to management as neededMaintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulationsDemonstrate a superior level of service, product acumen and attention to detailProviding this superior service to our Commercial Banking clients may require responding to clients outside of normal business hours and on weekendsTimely escalation to management and Commercial Bankers of client concerns or issuesWork independently and effectively manage multiple prioritiesRespond to internal and external clients in a timely fashionPerform other duties as directedAmalgamated Bank, America's socially responsible bank, seeks to hire an Account Executive to work in our Commercial Banking office in Boston and to provide client service and support primarily focused on treasury management.Amalgamated Bank is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, Minorities / Females / Individuals with Disability / Veterans.
