Job Type: Full timeResponsibilities:Overseeing, managing and coordinating of day-to-day Finance activities in order to ensure smooth operation in Finance department;Handle monthly full sets of accounts and year-end statutory reports independently with minimal supervision.Ensure the preparation of monthly accounts and year-end financial reports are in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with statutory requirements.Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financial functions of the assigned entity (include review and approve monthly journal entries, inventories controls, bank facilities, cash flows & budgets preparation, fixed assets, reconciliations, financial planning & analysis, GL, AR, AP and financial policies and regulations).Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly management reports to the group, including addressing queries from corporate office;Ensure internal controls and policies are complied with group policies, local statutory, taxes and audit requirements;Prepare for tax information, tax estimation, review year-end tax computation and ensure a timely and effective level of tax compliance with relevant legislation;Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries and bank officers regarding all statutory and legal compliance matters;Assist in enhancement of the financial and management reporting system, internal control, policies and procedures.Any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned from time to time.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree In Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience; At least 3 years in manufacturing industry or related field.Full set accounts and finance operation experience is a must.Proficient in English language - written and spoken.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, be independent and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Can-do attitude and a self-starter.A team player with high problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experienced with SQL Accounting system is a plus.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for a lower level position.Company Overview:Disk Precision Industries Group of Companies is a leading manufacturer of precision mechanical components for a diversified portfolio of customers, which include leaders in Hard Disk Drive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical, Optical consumer electronics and automotive markets.With our core technology in metal precision machining & stamping, we supply a wide range of high quality products to the Disk Drive, Aviation, Automobile, Medical Equipment and various consumer electronics industries.
