About the Role - Looking for people coming from an outbound Sales background that can relate well to a fast-paced environment. A person that is hungry, grit energetic and personable. One that has been in an Account Management, Account Executives, Sales Specialists or in Business Development roles seems to thrive. Experience driving the sales processes and the building of client relationships in person meetings of mid to large sized companies. You would be responsible for the overall growth of the MMI client base by generating new clients and profit though a variety of organizations across the country. Account Managers can thrive in this position by cold calling and composing marketing campaigns to establish relationships with new prospects. This is a hybrid role that will report into offices within: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, Boston, Nashville, Houston, Dallas Chicago or surrounding areas. Must be within travel distance to the office closest to where you reside.

Responsibilities - 3-6 years' experience within the Staffing Industry or outbound Sales role in a related industry· Ability generate and build new relationships within mid-market and enterprise clients across a large territory· Drive differentiated technology discussions with clients· Build strong rapport with potential new and past clients by understanding their pain points, objectives and goals they are facing within their business· Qualify current opportunities and respond promptly to new opportunities· Drive opportunities forward throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to point of closure· Utilize our internal CRM to compose call lists in order to grow book of business· Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets· Target Executive Leaders within all IT organizations· Negotiate Master Service Agreement terms and conditions effectively· Demonstrate management skills and the ability to work effectively to build relationships with executive management, department managers and project managers across the country.

Qualifications - A Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year University

  • 3+ Years of sales experience in a consultative selling environment
  • Experience within a client facing role
  • A proven track record of success
  • Experienced within Staffing, Retained Search, Executive Search
  • Outbound sales and in-person meeting experience is a must

Preferred Skills - Experienced in selling within a staffing or solutions space is a plus· Able to work independently with some coaching and guidance· Hunter mentality that has success in opening new accounts· Eager to learn new things· Passionate about what you do· Experienced leveraging LinkedIn and other CRM tools· Collaborator with strong communications skills and team player attitude· Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Pay range and compensation package - Base 70k-100k + Commission* Dependent on years of experience.
