Job Posting: Engraver- Brown Forman and Red Moon Marketing (Account Executive)
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Engraver representing Brown-Forman and Red Moon Marketing in Baltimore, Maryland, you will be responsible for organizing and executing custom bottle engraving events at liquor stores across the market. This position serves as the sole Red Moon Marketing representative in the state, requiring full control over the program from scheduling and promotion to fulfillment and recap.
- Activate engraving van events (including travel, staging van, operating engraver)
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel's brands and products
- Experience with CorelDraw program is advantageous, though training will be provided
- Collaborate with customers to design engravings that meet their expectations
- Ensure proper maintenance of Sprinter van and engraving machine
- Coordinate with distributor representatives to maintain a full schedule of events
- Work closely with High Profile to assign tasters to each event
- Maintain communication with Market Managers and other BF team members in the region for event coordination and support
- Prepare comprehensive event recaps and accurate expense reports
- Arrange accommodations, travel, and rental items as necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and growth of the engraving program beyond the Baltimore market
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Strong desire to become knowledgeable about Jack Daniel's, Old Forester, Woodford Reserve, and Herradura brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CorelDraw is advantageous, and training will be provided. Proficiency in CorelDraw is a vital aspect of the role post-training.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exceptional customer service
- Capability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to move heavy equipment (Up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be willing to work weekends and travel occasionally (10%)
Starting Salary $50,000
The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. Candidate must live in Baltimore area.
