We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our expanding team.

You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about transforming e-commerce through cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle working closely with your partnered BDR from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Build and manage pipeline opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
  • Effectively demonstrate product value through presentations, demos, and tailored proposals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client pain points and aligning solutions to their needs.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, account management and long-term satisfaction.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and deal progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy in HubSpot.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within e-commerce or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems ( HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and SaaS solutions is a plus (not essential)
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willing to attend the office 3 times a week.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
