Job Purpose: The Account Executive for Retail Sales represents, develops, and grows the NuFACE brand at prestige and specialty retail partners through door and territory training, education, events and strong business management. Essential Functions:
  • Plan and execute successful events by building sales through client demonstration and training
  • Ability to motivate, train and influence Selling Specialists to sell NuFACE products
  • Train and coach Selling Specialist about the brand, product, and tool demonstration while exhibiting strong account follow thru
  • Plan and execute successful events by building sales through client demonstration and training
  • Sell side-by-side with associates
  • Lead by example when demonstrating products, building a sale, maintaining clean standards for merchandising, respecting store standards, and following policies and procedures
  • Update, correct, and maintain all merchandising standards, including but not limited to, shelf strips and end caps
  • Build and maintain store relationships through consistent communication with the Beauty Manager and Store Selling Associates/Product Specialists.
  • Conduct quarterly store training to introduce and train new products, reinforce core products, and inform and motivate the team about selling NuFACE products
  • Partner with direct supervisor to share details RE: executing Seasonal Department Manager, Cosmetic, Regional, and Store GM meetings
  • Plan and manage time effectively when scheduling store visits to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue
  • Plan, participate and execute store events to make goals
  • Review and analyze daily & weekly sales achievement by door. Reinforce achievement by door compared to budget, last year and company goals. Partner with direct report, Director of Retail Sales, or VP Retal to establish a plan by door to exceed goal
  • Make deadlines for all requests including but not limited to: calendars (must be completed 3 months in advance), expense reports (entered into Paycom weekly)
  • Follow company budget parameters and careful use of company resources to achieve end goals.
  • Timely return of all phone calls, e-mails and communication from both retail partners, management, and the corporate office
  • Dedication to the company quality system and regulatory requirements
  • Report all training and EDU dates to assure any additional gratis needs are ordered 4-6 weeks in advance
  • Communicate all competitive information to management in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2 years experience working with prestige and specialty retailers Nordstrom, Sephora, ULTA
  • Experience overseeing budgets and expenses (preferred)
  • Experience developing internal processes and filing systems (preferred)
  • Intuitive ability to use Smartphones and knowledge to complete Excel formats, draft Word documents and function successfully with Internet Browsing and Outlook for mobile devices
  • Strong demonstrations skills, pulling from aisle and introducing product
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Good coaching and teaching skills
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to keep company confidences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working with Retail Department, Store and Regional Managers
  • Superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals required
  • Proven track record of managing and overseeing Freelancers with incremental sales results
  • Exceptional public speaking skills required
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to travel within designated region as required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
