Sourcebooks is seeking a dedicated International Account Fulfillment Representative to support our international mission by ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders for major international accounts.This is an hourly, non-exempt position between $20.19 - $25.00 with the final offer dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid position and requires 2-3 days/week in the Naperville office.Role Responsibilities:International Fulfillment & Logistics
  • Monitor shipment and delivery schedules to ensure on-time order releases.
  • Coordinate backorder releases to align with promotional timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for drop shipping directly from international printers.
  • Engage with carriers to resolve pending deliveries.Account Management
  • Respond to inbound requests from international accounts.
  • Assist with onboarding and setup for new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain custom reporting for international accounts.
  • Oversee customer management and order processing for global partners.Systems & Processes
  • Utilize tools like Excel and SAP for reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to determine optimal shipping methods.
  • Support Accounting with inventory and invoicing tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date process documentation.What you bring/qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SAP, SQL, or experience coordinating international shipments.
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of international supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of international shipping.
  • Strong team player/collaborator.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Growth Mindset: Someone who is eager to learn, explore new ideas, and seek feedback.
