* Global Customer Account Development.
* Manage regional customer accounts as matrix manager in cooperation with regional sales managers.
* Deliver Results according Sales KPI's (Grow business, improve Contribution Margin, EBIT & Cash).
* Develop, coordinate and execute global Customer Strategy
* Market / Customer Interface Networking.
* Bundle and maintain customer know-how and information to secure a strong and lasting relationship.
* Sales lead to secure business opportunities impacting more than one region.
* Sales OP planning according company process.
* Sales SP planning according company process.
* Global and regional customer business development according SP.
* Mange, coordinate, consolidate and prepare information and presentations for internal and external customer reviews.
* Facilitate regular communication regarding the customer account between the regional account managers .
Qualificationsarrow_right
* You hold a degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing or a similar subject
* You have experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Team Management and Market Environment.
* You have experience in the Automotive Industry, Commercial Vehicles preferred.
* Your knowledge about contract law and pricing policy enables you to successfully negotiate in an international context.
* To meet strategic targets you can apply a structured and team-oriented approach
* As a strong communicator and diplomatic moderator you are prepared for difficult conversations with your customer.
* You speak English fluently to collaborate with your international team colleagues.
