Manages an assigned book of business by servicing and selling to existing accounts consisting of condominium associations of 3-25+ units. Performs service functions for existing and new customers, as well as cross-selling, remarketing, and account rounding while at the same time aiming to maintain a 95% customer retention goal

Customer Retention & Relationship Management

· Maintain a 95% customer retention rate through personalized service.

· Foster positive, long-term relationships, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction.

· Handle challenging or unsatisfied customers confidently and competently.

Account Management & Customer Service

· Prepare, present, and review applications, quotes, proposals, and insurance summaries.

· Monitor and review coverages, premiums, endorsements, cancellations, and proof of insurance for accuracy.

· Arrange payment terms in line with established guidelines.

Account Rounding & Sales

· Achieve production goals through account rounding, cross-selling, and revisiting lost opportunities.

· Quickly address new business inquiries and provide regular status updates to clients.

Carrier Relations & Market Knowledge (5%)

· Stay updated on carrier appetites and market trends, ensuring the ability to quote and place business with preferred carriers.

· Effectively correspond with carriers to obtain necessary information and address customer-related issues.

Quality Assurance & Compliance (15%)

· Perform duties with attention to detail to prevent errors and omissions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer files, EPIC home screen, Outlook inbox, and open activities.

Professional Development (5%)

· Attend sales seminars, meetings, and educational activities to stay informed about industry trends and regulations.

  • High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Insurance experience required. Condominium insurance experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty License required

Salary range is $45K to 55K per year, based on experience.

We would offer an in-office position, hybrid schedule based on experience
