Our Account Managers are responsible for developing long-term relationships with our client partners, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure that their objectives are met, and functioning as a liaison between the Norton team and the client.
ACCOUNT MANAGER EXPECTATIONS:
- Strategic approach to work
- Function as a thought partner and collaborator with the client
- Determine creative best practices for client work, client presentations, meetings, status calls, reporting, etc.
- Manage agency resources, coordinate timelines and budgets, and ultimately ensure programs are completed on time and on budget
- Identify opportunities to further develop the business, and partner with sales to execute
- Foster collaboration, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence in their work
- Analyze industry data and report on client business and competition.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure their objectives are being met
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 3-7+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients at one time, recognize priorities and be solution oriented
- Detail oriented and proactive communicator
- Excellent analytical, problem solving-and decision-making skills; able to drive decisions and ensure progress in the face of obstacles
- Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge and skills
- Experience in the food service industry a plus
- Experience working with a creative team
- Experience leveraging insights to build and manage social media/digital marketing communications campaigns
