The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for the client organization, typically professionals in administration, human resources, and benefits, and is responsible for being responsive to their needs and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Our Account Managers each have a specialty they bring to the role. This Account Manager position will specialize in marketing, ensuring brand consistency and exposure across MYgroup's platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Play a critical role in the new client organization implementation process
  • Conduct database and CRM management
  • Distribute promotional materials at implementation and upon request
  • Ensure that all client issues and service requests are addressed by MYgroup in a timely manner and to the expectation of the client
  • Provide proactive, professional, and friendly follow ups with clients
  • Prepare and distribute utilization reports on a quarterly basis and interpret as needed
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate website updates and ensure materials are consistent and on-brand
  • Facilitate orientation sessions in person and via webinar for new and existing client organizations
  • Attend onsite health fairs for client organizations
  • Support the creation of sales presentations and training programs
  • Assist with responding to RFPs and creating proposals
  • Update documents and presentations for consistency and ensure brand cohesiveness
  • Provide potential leads to sales team for consulting solutions
  • Inform assigned clients of new services, partnerships and/or products as they are announced or released
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or a related field
  • Minimum of five years' experience in the account management or marketing field
  • Attention to detail
  • Robust copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both orally and written
  • Proven project management experience with strong collaboration skills and a focus on completing initiatives on budget and deadline
  • Demonstrated experience managing databases and account management software
  • Demonstrated experience in email marketing campaigns and website maintenance
  • Basic design knowledge, with Canva experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus Teams and Zoom
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Professional work ethic and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time wisely
