  • All (AM) Account Managers will be assigned current clients: responsible for maintaining, managing, and growing those accounts day-to-day.
  • Building trust and rapport with the client to make communication seamless and transparent.
  • Build loads and arrange appt times for loads by calling those locations
  • Regular continuous improvement calls and strategy with both the account management team and client
  • Ensure that our CRM and TMS are updated regularly to reflect all obtained knowledge, Billing protocols, SOPs, and good details of your contacts
  • Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems
  • Identify opportunities to obtain new clients or increase current client contracts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and multitask
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well across multiple departments
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Associates (AA)/(AS) or Bachelors (BA): Is a bonus
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: Required
  • Freight brokerage experience or B2B experience preferred
