- All (AM) Account Managers will be assigned current clients: responsible for maintaining, managing, and growing those accounts day-to-day.
- Building trust and rapport with the client to make communication seamless and transparent.
- Build loads and arrange appt times for loads by calling those locations
- Regular continuous improvement calls and strategy with both the account management team and client
- Ensure that our CRM and TMS are updated regularly to reflect all obtained knowledge, Billing protocols, SOPs, and good details of your contacts
- Assist with converting drivers to mobile electronic tracking systems
- Identify opportunities to obtain new clients or increase current client contracts

Education and Experience:
- Associates (AA)/(AS) or Bachelors (BA): Is a bonus
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: Required
- Freight brokerage experience or B2B experience preferred
