Further,each employee must read and adhere to corporate policies and safety protocols.Learn more about Cutsforth here: Cutsforth.com/AboutRead our Mission & Values here: Cutsforth.com/ValuesCompensation:Annual base salary of \$110,000 to \$130,000On target total compensation of \$200,000 based on \$4MM target annual sales goalRole Overview:The Account Manager is responsible for delivering revenue growth from a portfolio of accounts in linewith company goals. They will coordinate Cutsforth resources to uncover customer needs, align theseneeds with Cutsforth solutions, and close revenue by solving the customers needs. The AccountManager is able to maintain a pipeline of business and provide accurate forecasting to the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop positive relationships in multiple areas of the customer organization.Uncover customer needs in line with Cutsforth solutions by executing sales tactics and accountplanning.Maintain contact with clients, answer questions, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions toissues that arise.Coordinate Cutsforth resources to ensure customer success and sustain revenue growthStay up to date on industry and market trends impacting the target accounts.Sustain multiple quarters of sales pipeline at all times, with the ability to provide a forecast withcertainty to leadership.Able to develop relationships and coordinate with partner companies to meet the customersneeds.May attend trade shows and conferences.Provide feedback to the organization on products, services, and internal processes based onexperience with customers.Keep the CRM pipeline and account information up to date in line with company goals andexpectations.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in direct technical sales, account management, or projectmanagement.Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Significant experience with CRM tools (ex: Salesforce)Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation planExperience working with a cross-functional teamAccount ManagerJob PostingPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in engineering or businessExperience in related industrial fields such as power generation, pulp/paper, chemical plants,water/wastewater, oil/gas, metals/miningProficient at navigating LinkedIn and other similar toolsExperience working remotely and managing a sales pipelineOther Qualifications:Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity access requirements.Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Must reside in the United States.We are not accepting applicants for remote workers in California, Illinois, and New York at thistime.Cybersecurity Role Expectations:Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity andthose relevant to the functions of their role.Candidate is expected to maintain a cybersecure work environment.Physical Requir ements:Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to use hands to type, handle products, tools and navigate a computer keyboard.Must be able to view computer screen for extended periods of time.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.Benefits:Medical, Vision, Dental InsuranceHealth Savings Account with Employer contributions
