Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive experience for B2B eCommerce customers.
- Sell products and solutions directly to SMBs, mid-market companies, and strategic partners via the B2B Online eCommerce Store.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities and sales pipelines with existing and new accounts.
- Manage customer accounts and post-purchase order requirements to ensure a positive customer experience and repeat purchasing.
- Track customer requests and status while working with various internal teams.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within accounts and B2B eCommerce.
- Develop account plans aligned with customers' strategies and guide them on the journey of transformation to mobility.
- Ensure 100% satisfaction with all prospects and customers.
Desired Background and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, business development, and strategic sales, preferably in technology companies.
- Strong organizational skills and project or program management experience.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to gather and leverage data to develop compelling strategies and execute plans with attention to detail.
- Strong customer-centric focus and ability to anticipate and react to user needs.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and understanding of current technologies and systems that support the digital ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce sites and merchandising.
Team and Role Overview:
- The team consists of three sales members handling various business-to-business accounts.
- The role involves long-term account management, sales operations, and generating new business.
- The team structure is tight-knit with daily stand-ups to review progress.
Interview Process:
- Interviews will start with one to two rounds, beginning with the hiring manager and possibly another team member.
- The first round is typically a 30-minute interview focusing on getting to know the candidate.
