Orthobullets seeks a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our healthcare clients. This role offers abundant learning opportunities, making it an excellent fit for someone eager to grow and develop in a fast-paced start-up environment.
As an Account Manager, you will be able to work hands-on with our PASS product, building a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. You will manage diverse responsibilities, including customer service, product education, and client onboarding while acting as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: I will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our product to effectively educate clients on its features and benefits.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through product setup and initial use.
- Training and Support: Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure they maximize PASS's value.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and communicate insights to the product development team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure client success.
- Proactive Engagement: Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experience and usage of our product.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS Healthcare or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with competing priorities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
- Experience in healthcare or medical education is a plus but not required.
