Account Manager - Compunnel : Job Details

Impact:

This role is critical for the execution and success of our highest-priority orders. You will work directly with corporate catering clients, supporting their order needs to achieve our quarterly Gross Order Volume (GOV) goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concierge Order Experience (Estimated 25 orders per week per person)
• Coordinate orders with clients.
• Build catering orders for external approval.
• Place orders and support adjustments as needed.
• Merchant Order Management and Rapid Acquisition (Estimated 15 orders per week per person)
• Coordinate with merchants for orders that fall outside the scope of our existing product.
• Collaborate with merchants to ensure orders meet client needs (e.g., sufficient food quantities).
• Enable catering orders from merchants not yet onboarded into our Large Order (LO) program.
• Delivery Support (Estimated 5 orders per week per person)
• Serve as a client-facing representative, accompanying Dashers on high-stakes orders to ensure a smooth experience.
• Provide support beyond Dashers' responsibilities, such as purchasing last-minute utensils.
• Support training and onboarding of new Dashers into the catering program.

Core Job Requirements:

• Previous client-facing experience (e.g., restaurant, catering, or account management experience preferred).
• Proven ability to solve problems on the fly and achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a bias towards action.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design (e.g., order setup and menu presentation).
