About the Job: As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with enterprises located in Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil. Your main goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers while highlighting the benefits of adopting the Qt framework. This entails a proactive approach to account management and a consultative role in advising companies on how best to leverage Qt to achieve their business goals. This is a hybrid in-office role in Boston. You will:
- Build relationships with C-Level Engineering Management, Engineering Directors, Product Managers and Project Managers within technical development organizations.
- Prospect new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients via phone and email
- Develop and deliver world-class sales proposals to prospects, target accounts and existing customers to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Strategize with Territory Sales Director on target accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation
- Provide pro-active trusted thought leadership to accounts
- Maintain and keep abreast or ahead of industry trends, products and services, and the competitive posture of the Qt Group
- Submit activity reports and sales forecasts on a weekly basis, keep SFDC up to date
- Exceed annual sales targets
About You:
- English and native or full professional Portuguese language skills, Spanish a plus but not required
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of technology/ SaaS sales experience with a focus on selling into LATAM market
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales training
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding measurable goals

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly adopt sales related technologies
- Ability to sell value over price
- Must be able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
- Familiarity with Software Development tools and Software Development Life Cycle is a plus
