Our mission is to make buyer-seller interactions smoother and more transparent.We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who will manage and expand client relationships, oversee account management, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in partnership with our client success team. We need someone with executive presence, proven balance over several cycles with the same firm of driving retention & revenue and a solid understanding of the market data space and needs of financial firms.Why join us?

Job DetailsRequirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and sales targets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with financial firms and other professional services firms
• Market data space knowledge
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and client issues with tact and professionalism
