Job Description We are actively looking for motivated and outgoing Account Managers experienced with Doors, Millwork,and Trim to join our growing team! The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and developers as they play a pivotal role as the main liaison between the company and clients, ensuring exceptional service, delivery, and tailored solutions. The Account Manager also actively identifies new business opportunities within the contractor and developer segment, while staying updated on industry trends and competitors activities. Job Type: Full Time, On-site Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the contractor and developer segment, leveraging market insights and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive quotes, proposals, and estimates based on customer requirements.
- Strive to achieve sales targets and establish the company as a trusted partner in the door and millwork environment.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with contractors and developers to understand their project needs and provide tailored door and millwork solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, offering expert advice, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product advancements to provide up-to-date expertise to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details to support efficient communication and future business development.
Requirements of the Account Manager:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of Sales experience with Doors, Trim, and Millwork
- Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude
- Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask
- Strong personal leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
