Primary Purpose
Responsible for outside sales, new business development, and account management with assigned accounts or customer to support all business services for Heritage and in achieving its revenue and profitability goals. Manages quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Travel 80% of time.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
* Increases sales revenue and profit dollars by identifying potential new accounts and soliciting orders through personal sales calls to explain services, assess potential customer needs.
* Increases sales revenue and profit dollars of existing accounts through regular contact with customers, continued communication about other available services.
* Fosters sales relationships with target accounts.
* Prepares, submits and interprets periodic report on activities, sales volume and expenses.
* Attends and participates in sales meeting and training programs; represents company at trade shows and conventions, Chamber of Commerce and professional associations.
* Keeps informed on major environmental regulatory changes and industry trends as well as competitive conditions.
* Demonstrate ability to adapt to CORE business and customer categorization.
